I do things a bit differently, and I encourage you to do the same.
Jodi Phillips continues to explore the obvious but fascinating connection nature gives us to health and healing. Jodi is an award winning professional landscape designer and creator of almost 20 years, and proud business owner of Morning Star Landscaping, Inc.
Being a Certified Horticulture Therapist and Health Coach, Jodi is now extending her services and experience to make others self-empowered with nature to achieve their goals and desires, creating gardening programs and designs with a mindfulness approach. She uses nature to enable people with barriers to enjoy the experience of gardening and help clients achieve improved physical health and mental well-being.
As a Horticulture Therapist and Health Coach I analyze how nutrition, stress management, exercise, and mindset factor into a client’s energy and overall health. Many people are viewed as symptoms, and the emotional, intellectual, and spirit are overlooked. Seeing people in a multi-facet way is the only true way to connect and assist them. People’s realms of healing consist of physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual. When people are viewed only with physical symptomatic issues, yet the spirit is broke, how do you fix that? Medications and excessive alcohol will only obstruct the ability to connect your mind, body, and spirit, and in many cases, cause more problems with the side effects. I promote clients in re-wiring destructive patterns and let go of what does not serve them in order to be more attuned with themselves and make clear decisions with their health and spirituality.
I am a person-centered coach and trust in human potential, providing empathy, and unconditional positive regard to help others in achieving change. I will support and guide you, and provide structure so that you can reach deep within and discover personalized solutions for your physical and spiritual well being. My clients know they can share experiences and needs with me without fear of being judged, and that is what sets me apart. From construction projects to health, I will continue to work for you and be your advocate to achieve your needs.
"A garden is a grand teacher. It takes patience and careful watchfulness; it teaches industry and thrift; above all it teaches entire trust." - Gertrude Jekyll
